However, this week I received an email from Liliano informing us that the plugin recommended by our team three months ago is not meeting the client’s needs. Upon research, I found out that detailed requirements were not originally specified for the plugin and the request was only to suggest a feed plugin for Google Shopping. The same information was communicated to Liliano, with an offer to try customizing the plugin from our side or to search for other solutions (with the additional time required for the task).
