    With Ruslan we discussed his new project Stingray, along with the planning of the tasks into sprints, new flow that we are testing along with code review. So far great working on it.

    Did not have the opportunity to speak with Kate, since she has a release coming up. Hopefully will do it this week.

    Sprint building

    Basically on the new stingray project all the tasks and subtasks were devided into sprints, however only the first sprint is shown in the backlog, other sprints are empty. Such is because the status of the tasks in the other sprints shows backlog. If change to open, it will be shown in the open tasks of the current sprint and as planned tasks in the next ones. Checking on what is the issue here, will discuss it with Ira on the call tomorrow

  • Project handover checklist

    (синяя звезда) Overview

    Handing over the project to the customer is a very important process of the final delivery. That is why this checklist has been created in order to provide the customer all required documentation, code and information.

    • Technical documentation – Everything that was written within the project and for the project must be shared with the customer. Examples – Test cases, Business analysis, Test Strategy as an option.

    • If the design was done by us, provide the customer with the Figma file

    • The code should be transfered to the customer`s repository, or provided to him in an archive via secure transfer network

    • All accounts and passwords used, must also be transfered to the customer. It should be written in a separate document

    • Write a thank you email letter for the time on the project. Point all the above with links, or any additional info if required. Add in an email that you are awaiting for the confirmation that the customer has approved the delivery.

    Bugs for Bluecare

    Made a research on the Bluecare project in regards the amount of bugs. Replied to the customer. Seems like not over as the customer is still not happy. Waiting for a call to be assigned for this matter

  • QA Process

    QA is one of the main workflows in the development cycle. It is required to be followed in order to deliver the best quality.

    Flow

    • When the estimation comes in, the QA must be part of the estimation team in order to estimate testing correctly, along with the documentation writing (test cases, test strategy)

    • The documentation (case strategy and test cases) are to be written in the beginning of the project, while development.

    • The test cases/check list have to be shared with the customer, so the customer would be able to easily test step by step

    • The test cases have to be added to each task, so the QA would be able to test each tasks step by step

    • Testing is to be done after the task is completed by the developer and tested as well.

    • In case if the task did not pass the testing, it is being returned with a bug created for this task and linked to it. After the bug is fixed, it is tested once more by the dev, and afterwards sent to QA for one more testing cycle.

    • After the testing is done, it is sent do done and marked as finished.

    • Depending on the project, the documentation can be provided to the customer for testing along with the test case

    • There should be not more than 2 projects for the QA a day to test

    • QA must be part of discussion for the new features and new change requests

    • Post the project requirements (links, credits, accompanying documents) in the epics or in the project passport

    • If a bug task is created not by a QA, it should be done by the example of this template

    • For all ONLINE projects, make sure that the information about CHE IT is deleted.
