    My current prior workload – ROCKEN, RiefMedia projects, Support portal and some ongoing requests from the team (help with TD, Jira, etc). Would like to have more time for Processes implementation / researches / new ideas – but now it’s impossible because of RiefMedia projects.

    I usually like to start working on Implementation features in the evening, but now all my evenings are full with RM requests (not very happy about this)

    • RiefMedia – would be glad to be more Delivery Manager than PM (would be more interesting to me practice mentoring & client communication skills)
      Like to receive positive feedback about our work

    Actually, can’t say anything bad, but as I mentioned above – I would be super happy if I had more time for Processes Implementation requests, and less spent time on regular projects (like RM)

    • Дуже важливий меседж, який мають усі ПМ розуміти та донести до розробників:

      1. Усі мають дуже уважно читати вхідну документацію. Розробники мають розуміти усі вхідні данні. Читати не по діагоналі, а дуже уважно. ПМи мають розуміти і виділяти на їх думку важливі моменти (форми по кроках, інтеграції, персональний кабінет) – прописуємо цей функціонал коментом щоб залучати Тімліда (в естимації внутрішньої)

      2. У випадку, якщо якийсь функціонал не зрозумілий, викликає сумніви або ризики, ОБОВ`ЯЗКОВО розробник має повідомити про це Проджект Менеджера. Після цього ПМ організує кол з Тімлідом і розробником.

      3. Тімліди мають бути залучені до першого кікоф колу ОБОВ`ЯЗКОВО!!

      4. Тімлідів залучаємо на проект для консультації коли буде починатись робота функціоналу, яка викликає ризики чи важкість виконання. Створюємо таску на цей чи інший спринт одразу ж на тімліда, щоб не забути його долучити. Тімлід ставить позничку на етапі естимації.

      5. При зміні тех завдання на проекті, ОБОВ`ЯЗКОВО повідомити про це тімліда

      6. Апрув детальної естимації має завжди бути підтверджена Тімлідом.

    Now the workload is getting more free as finishing the big FGZ project. Need some time now to analyze the over budget for each particular page as for now did it only for Client’s backend+forms.

    Like to be in different projects as it’s always something new and I keep getting to know new things. So be in the constant studying somehow is interesting and challenging for me.

    Get tired of Rosarot project in terms of:
    – design has a lot of mistakes and you need to check them with the designer+client, then they fix, then they start to test and it’s not pixel perfect.. Sometimes feel myself like in vicious circle because of it.
    – for FGZ the specification file turned to be very poor in terms of functionality description. When the dev started to implement tasks I got a lot of different questions which all had to specify with the client.

    Aккаунт Аді був не проапдейчений і недоопрацюваний саме зі сторони ПМ, ми отримали негативний фідбек від клієнта. Також апдейти по цьому проекту були відсутні в попередніх тижневих звітах.

    У команди PM нема відчуття, що на даному етапі саме піклуються про їх особистий розвиток у компанії, не менторять. PMO допомагає з поточними задачами, але не проробляє план розвитку.

    Estimation time is always stressfull time for me because I want to predict maximum problems before we start and it’s ussually time consuming as well.

    For now I have some tasks that are overdue, so the workload seems a bit hard, but it’s I think mostly because of the slow laptop and my “not-perfect” estimation metodology. We discussed it with Alex https://jmp.sh/TyinLoT8. Also Stingrey started to enter the feedback so I assume the next weeks the load will grow.

    I like projects with interesting functionality and not too many animations, communication with the positive clients and team gives me a fresh air
