My current prior workload – ROCKEN, RiefMedia projects, Support portal and some ongoing requests from the team (help with TD, Jira, etc). Would like to have more time for Processes implementation / researches / new ideas – but now it’s impossible because of RiefMedia projects.
I usually like to start working on Implementation features in the evening, but now all my evenings are full with RM requests (not very happy about this)

What do you like about the projects?

RiefMedia – would be glad to be more Delivery Manager than PM (would be more interesting to me practice mentoring & client communication skills) Like to receive positive feedback about our work

ROCKEN – like the experience of managing the big team; scale & complicity of the products ; SCRUM procedures

Love the feeling of doing something significant and being a part of company processes creation

What do you have to say bad about the Projects?

What issues cause the projects, what can be done to improve or fix the mistakes.

Actually, can’t say anything bad, but as I mentioned above – I would be super happy if I had more time for Processes Implementation requests, and less spent time on regular projects (like RM)

Had to say goodbye for one of team members on Rocken, since team was not happy with his work

Also it’s sad that Artem is off work now, because RiefMedia projects were all on his shoulders, but will continue to work with Dima Nagaev on it

Mostly it’s exact topics which I receive as requests from the team – Jira improvements, processes, etc. Also as discussed would be great to participate in some events (offline) related to our field for networking and gathering motivation and new experience
