General info
Employees and consultants using the CRM should be able to view and filter candidates based on their willingness to work for a service provider. This new field should be integrated into the CRM and appear in the candidate’s profile under the "Verfügbarkeit" section, with functionality to filter based on the candidate’s response.
Request:
We need to add a new question to relevant candidate profiles on our online platform. The question will ask if the candidate is willing to work for a service provider (Ja/Nein). This field should be editable in the candidate’s profile but not visible in the profile preview for companies. Employees/consultants should be able to see and filter candidates based on their responses in the CRM. The new field should be placed in the "Verfügbarkeit" section of the candidate profile and in the interview under "Verfügbarkeit." This question should only appear for candidates looking for jobs in specific sectors.
Relevant Categories:
These sectors often have roles that can be offered by service providers or consulting firms. Only applicants who have these categories or no categories selected should see the question.

Add a new field in the "Verfügbarkeit" section of the candidate profile for relevant categories: "Bist du bereit auch für einen Dienstleister zu arbeiten? (Ja/Nein)".

Provide the English translation of the question: "Are you willing to work for a service provider? (Yes/No)".

This field should be editable by the candidate.

The question and options should be available in both German and English.
