    This epic focuses on providing candidates with the ability to suggest new skills in both their RockenTalent profile and during the interview process. It aims to ensure that candidates can highlight their skills even if those skills are not currently listed on the platform.

    Initial request:

    We need to implement a feature that allows candidates to request the addition of new skills if they cannot find what they are looking for. This feature should be available in both the interview process and the RockenTalent profile.

    1. Skill Suggestion Feature:

      • Add a "Suggest New Skill" feature where candidates can suggest a new skill to be added.

      • This feature should be accessible in:

        • The interview process.

        • The RockenTalent profile.

    2. Notification of No Search Results:

      • Display a message when no search results are found for the entered skill, prompting candidates to use the "Suggest New Skill" feature. (Neuen Skill Vorschlagen)

    3. Administrator Notification:

      • The suggested skills are recorded and available for review by administrators.

      • Administrators should receive a notification that there is a new suggestion, including the details of the suggestion, via email. (This functionality will be added to the task manager in the future.)

      • Additionally an Email should be sent to: it@rockengroup.com, including the suggested new skill.
