    General info

    The "Under Construction" page is displayed when certain pages or sections of the Rocken Jobs platform are temporarily unavailable due to design updates or other maintenance work. This page notifies users that the service is undergoing improvements and provides an estimated time for when the updated pages will be accessible again. It includes a link to support for users needing assistance during the downtime.

    As a Rocken Jobs user,
    I want to see a clear "Under Construction" page when a section of the service is unavailable,
    So that I am informed about ongoing updates and can reach out for assistance if needed.

  • Story 2.2.7.7. RT. Profile. Settings. Nationalities and country residency

    Content

    General info

    On the Rocken Talent website, users should be able to view and edit their nationality and country of residency in the Personal tab under Account Settings. The dropdown for selecting nationalities should display countries in a specific order: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, and Luxembourg first, followed by all other countries listed alphabetically.

    I want to view and edit my nationality and country of residency in the Personal tab
    So that I can keep my profile updated with relevant location information

    Acceptance criteria

    Scenario: Viewing nationality and country residency in account settings
    Given the user navigates to the Account Settings > Personal tab
    When the page loads
    Then the nationality and country of residency fields are displayed with their current values or left blank if not set.

    Scenario: Editing nationality and residency
    Given the user is on the Account Settings > Personal tab
    When they edit the nationality and residency fields and click "Save"
    Then the updated data is saved and displayed in their profile.

    Scenario: Dropdown order for nationality
    Given the user is selecting a nationality
    When the nationality dropdown is opened
    Then the following countries appear first: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, followed by all other countries in alphabetical order.

    Given the user selects a nationality
    When they navigate to the country residency field
    Then the country residency option is preselected based on the selected nationality (showing relevant country).

    Then no changes are saved, and the data reverts to its previous state.

    General info

    When candidates apply for an interview, they should be able to select their nationality and country of residency. These fields should not be mandatory, allowing candidates to skip them if they choose. The dropdown for selecting nationalities should display countries in a specific order: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, and Luxembourg first, followed by all other countries listed alphabetically.

    I want to optionally select my nationality and country of residency when applying for an interview
    So that I can provide additional information that may be relevant

    CRM users should be able to edit the residency and nationality of candidates in the Personal Tab of the profile in edit mode. The dropdown for selecting nationalities should display countries in a specific order: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, and Luxembourg first, followed by all other countries listed alphabetically. This feature will enable CRM users to keep accurate and standardized data for candidates.

    Then they can edit the fields for residency and nationality if it is allowed by candidate from Rocken talent settings.

    Given the CRM user has updated residency and nationality in the Personal Tab
    When they click the "Save" button
    Then the updated information is saved and reflected in the candidate’s profile.

    General info

    The "Locations" page allows users to explore available job opportunities by geographical location. The page organizes locations alphabetically and provides easy navigation using an alphabet index. Users can click on a location to view job vacancies specific to that area.

    As a job seeker,
    I want to browse job opportunities by location,
    So that I can find relevant job listings near my preferred area.
