• Waiting for animation design, Alexander should gave us an update last week, pinged him on Friday – will ask on Monday again

• Dima planned to complete Talent last week but there are many small details which still need to be fixed, had a small retro with team last Friday where Dima specified things which team did wrong – next week plan to have call with him to have a detailed overview of what we have completed and when; after that Julia will plan call w/ Toni and we’ll discuss it with him

• We’ll probably need to start recruitment process for new front-end dev and say bye to Artem or transfer him to other projects (not now, but for the UAT and post-production stage)

• Also plan to have 1-2-1 with the team (me & Julia or Tanya), since I believe team can be under the pressure because of the coming release
