• Progress of bugs fixing by Oleksii (Unlicensed)

• Connected today Alec Shpigar for the Frontend bugs

• Plan to estimate new request by Wednesday

Support

In progress

• Communicated with Egzon regarding olha.gomon (Unlicensed) – feedback was positive overall, however we need one more support Manager. About to start the interviews, probably next week

• Communicated with olha.gomon (Unlicensed) on support cases, support issues

• Checking her responses, interfere when required

• olha.gomon (Unlicensed) has improved and is getting much better

Avanti/Rief Media

• Completed bugs for the inc project for the Home page

• Completed an About us page for Mcdonald website

• Started Team page for the Mcdonald website

• Had a call with the cofounders of Rief Media – understood the correct communication

• Plan to schedule a call with them in regards to the timeframes they are scheduling – plan is to have them consult with us before telling the timeframe to the customer

Workshop with Oneline

In progress

• Had an internal call with Cofounders, Temaleads and available pm`s in regards to the preparation for the call with Oneline

• Defined topics on which to talk about and requirements

PM interviews

In progress

• Started the process of PM interviews

• Plan to finalise them this week and hire one more (two) project managers

Saclab

In progress

• Starting May 1st we are switching to a hybrid model – partially outstaff and outsource

• Starting May 1st, I will take responsibilities of a PM on this project.

• After correcting all of the processes will past it to a new PM
