• Continuation of working on the flow

• At the moment testing the Jira project with tasks added

• Had a call with the customer on Wednesday

• Customer was happy with the call, however when the website was checked by himself the next day, the results were the same – explained from my side that such is happening due to the works on the website (bugs)

• Bugs that were sent by the customer, are in work of being finalised

Google Analytics for oneline

• In process of communication and getting full access to the GA admin panel in order for our external developer – Olga Makovskaya to add changes to the code there.

• On the 20th I will have a call with the customer and discuss the full access terms.

• From my POV – these small projects have very small input, but takes a lot of time in communication. I would analize such with Ruslan and alex.l@cheitgroup.com to see the exact results in terms of income from these projects.

• olha.gomon (Unlicensed) is absolutely happy with the work she is doing – exactly what she expected. The more projects are transfered to her, the more she becomes busy. We will see how it goes this week for her in order to understand the workload. Also plans to return to Kiev in April, invited her to Lviv on the road home in order to work with me and sophiabilyk offline for a couple of days, if possible.

• Kate Hvozd is fully recharged after her vacation. Gave her a task to finalise the checklists for project start, projects transfer until the end of the month. Discussed potential new projects and the transfer of the support projects to olha.gomon (Unlicensed). Overall Kate would be really happy to work on new ones.

• Anna Potiiuk is also recharged after vacation. The problem customer that she has at the moment, are basically mancanweb – takes a lot of time in communication. There was not yet a possibility to have a call with them. Planning to try once more this week. As well, Anna Potiiuk is great in working on the estimations, specifically on starting to add PM hours, documentation, communication.

• Make sure that Developers and pm`s turn on the integration of Jira and Timedoctor

• Finalisation of Digitech in regards to bugs

• Continuation with working on templates for Adi

• Plan a call with Oneline regarding the new estimation details (communication, documentation, pm hours)
