Took over Kate`s projects – Casa Perla, Saclab, Bluecare. Worked with ongoing tasks with the team, provided quick support and replies to the customer. If required more details, let me know please

Taking over Anna`s projects

Done

Took over Anna`s projects – Mancanweb, ICM, Valvest. Worked with the ongoing tasks with the team and the customer. THe hardest and time using is Mancanweb. After Anna is back, I will think about a flow of working with this particular customer.

New flows presentation

Done

Me and sophiabilyk presented new flows for the PM team, such as Internal communication and Communication with the customer.

Meeting with Sophia

Done

Met offline with Sophia 2 times in order to work on the KPI, presentation, support flow.

Meeting with Coreteka

Done

Had an al,most 2 hour meeting with Coreteka regarding Jira connector. Got a full understanding of the reports, Jira flow.

Partially Oleksiy Panchenko was working on cvmal, got stuck but back to action. On Monday probably we will present the 3 templates.

QA presentation

Done

Had a presentation of the QA flow from the QA Lead. Me and Sophia loved it and plan to implement it very soon enough.

Customer Support Manager

olha.gomon (Unlicensed) started her journey in CHEIT as a Customer Support Operator. Onboarding was last week. Plan to have a 1:1 this week with her.
