The current template is used to visualise the following:

Raw effort estimate for project completion

Expected team/resources needed

Expected Risks and their impact on the estimate
The data is then provided to the potential customer for evaluation , feedback and negotiation.
The data from this document needs to be included in the RFP document (WIP).
