Seller notes section in SYB submission

When: The seller is on step 4-review your bag

Then: The seller sees a text input field where they can put in some text

and (on desktop) the width of the “Add your phone number *” filed is adjusted to the same width

And: this text is then saved to the SYB submission on Airtable

And: this text is then shown in the email to sell@saclab.com
