Story 71.4. HiPay. Email notification for transaction capture

General Info

This story focuses on setting up an email notification for successful transaction captures through HiPay on saclab.com. When a transaction is marked as "Captured" in either of the two HiPay accounts, an email with transaction details will be sent to specified admin recipients. This will ensure prompt notification of successful payments.

User Story

As an admin,
I want to receive an email notification when a transaction is successfully captured via HiPay,
So that I am promptly informed of payments received through HiPay transactions.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: A customer successfully checks out via HiPay or pays via a HiPay payment link.
When: The transaction status changes to "Captured" in any of the two HiPay accounts.
Then: An email is sent to jo.stueck@saclab-official.com and a.boehringer@saclab-official.com with the following content:

Subject: [Payment method] payment received: Order [OrderNumber]

Body:
Dear admin,

You have received a new [payment method] payment.

Payment date: [Date, Time]
Amount: [Amount]
Description: Order [OrderNumber]
Customer Name: [Buyer’s Name]
Payment ID: [Payment ID]
Link to transaction: [Link]
