General info
Implement an automation feature in the CRM system that automatically assigns candidates in the "new" or "reapplied" status to the Head of Recruiting after 3 business days. The calculation for the 3 business days should exclude weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
User story
As a CRM user,
I want the system to automatically reassign candidates in the "new" or "reapplied" status after 3 business days,
So that the Head of Recruiting can take action on candidates who haven’t been processed within the initial time frame.

Scenario: Automatic reassignment Given a candidate is in the "new" or "reapplied" status When the candidate has been in this status for 3 business days Then the candidate is automatically assigned to the Head of Recruiting.

Scenario: Exclusion of weekends Given a candidate is in the "new" or "reapplied" status When calculating the 3 business days Then Saturdays and Sundays should be excluded from the count.

Scenario: Assignment occurs after exactly 3 business days Given a candidate remains in the "new" or "reapplied" status for 3 consecutive business days (excluding weekends) When 3 business days have passed Then the candidate should be reassigned automatically, regardless of the current time on the 3rd business day.

Scenario: Candidates already assigned Given a candidate is manually assigned to another user before the 3 business days are up When the 3 business days pass Then the system should not reassign the candidate automatically.
