General info

The "Matching" section in the "Process" tab, under "Vacancy" view, allows users to see how well a candidate fits a specific vacancy. This includes matching percentages for total, skills, categories, industries, and location, helping consultants to determine if the candidate meets the job criteria. The section displays both matched and unmatched data points for clearer decision-making.

User story

As a CRM user,
I want to view the detailed matching information between a candidate’s profile and a specific vacancy,
So that I can assess the alignment of the candidate’s skills, categories, industries, and location with the job requirements.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Display matching information
Given I am viewing the "Process" tab for a specific vacancy
When I open the "Main Info" sub-tab and check the "Matching" section
Then I see matching details for Total, Skills, Categories, Industries, and Location.

Scenario: Matching percentage
Given the system calculates the candidate’s profile attributes
When matching with a vacancy’s requirements
Then I see a percentage for how well the candidate matches the total job requirements.

Scenario: Location match
Given the location requirement for the vacancy
When the candidate’s preferred location is outside of the job location
Then I see an indication that the location is "Out of preferred area."

Scenario: Skills match
Given the job requirements list specific skills
When comparing the candidate’s skills with the vacancy
Then I see how many skills match out of the total required, displayed as a fraction (e.g., 3/10).

Scenario: Industries and categories match
Given the vacancy requires specific industries and categories
When I compare the candidate’s profile
Then I see the number of matched industries and categories out of the total required.
