General info

The "Delete RockenTalent Account from CRM" functionality allows CRM admins to revoke a candidate’s access to their RockenTalent profile while keeping their data intact in the CRM for future reference. This is particularly useful when a candidate’s profile is no longer needed in RockenTalent, but their information must be retained within the CRM system for reporting or tracking purposes. The feature includes a confirmation process to ensure that deletion is intentional and gives admins control over profile management.

We need a place where won processes, processes that led to our candidates being hired by our partners, are saved when the profiles get deleted.

Please create a storage for all “Auftragsbestätigungen” and Won processes, so that those can be inspected even after a profile gets deleted

User story

As a CRM user [HoR, HoD, BM, Admin, owner of profile],
I want to delete a RockenTalent (RT) account from the system,
So that the candidate no longer has access to their RockenTalent profile while keeping their data in the CRM for further reference.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Display confirmation modal
Given the admin selects the option to delete the RockenTalent profile from the CRM
When the admin clicks on the "Delete RT profile" button
Then a confirmation modal appears with a message explaining that the candidate’s access to RockenTalent will be revoked, but their data will remain in the CRM.
NEW AND it is not to be affected to the CRM access if RT account it is the same account in CRM for manager

Scenario: Confirm deletion
Given the confirmation modal is displayed
When the admin clicks on the "Delete" button
Then the RockenTalent profile is deleted, and the candidate loses access to their RT account while their data remains accessible in the CRM.

Scenario: Cancel deletion
Given the confirmation modal is displayed
When the admin clicks on the "Cancel" button
Then no changes are made, and the RockenTalent profile remains active.
