Content

General info

We need to add a new question to the relevant candidate profiles on the Rocken Talent online platform. This question will inquire if the candidate is willing to work for a service provider. It will only be visible to candidates looking for jobs in specific sectors and should be editable by the candidate but hidden from the profile preview for companies.

Request:

We need to add a new question to relevant candidate profiles on our online platform. The question will ask if the candidate is willing to work for a service provider (Ja/Nein). This field should be editable in the candidate’s profile but not visible in the profile preview for companies. Employees/consultants should be able to see and filter candidates based on their responses in the CRM. The new field should be placed in the "Verfügbarkeit" section of the candidate profile and in the interview under "Verfügbarkeit." This question should only appear for candidates looking for jobs in specific sectors.

Relevant Categories:

  • Banking & Assurance

  • Einkauf und Supply Chain Management

  • Finanzen

  • Human Resources

  • IT

  • Marketing & Design

  • Recht / Beratung

  • Sales & Trading

These sectors often have roles that can be offered by service providers or consulting firms. Only applicants who have these categories or no categories selected should see the question.

Requirements:

  1. Frontend:

    • Add a new field in the "Verfügbarkeit" section of the candidate profile for relevant categories: "Bist du bereit auch für einen Dienstleister zu arbeiten? (Ja/Nein)".

    • Provide the English translation of the question: "Are you willing to work for a service provider? (Yes/No)".

    • This field should be editable by the candidate.

    • The question and options should be available in both German and English.

    • Ensure this field is not visible in the profile preview for companies.

  2. CRM Integration:

    • Make the new field visible in the CRM for employees/consultants.

    • Use the abbreviation "Dienstleister: Ja/Nein" / "Service Provider: Yes/No" in the CRM.

    • Implement functionality to filter candidates based on their response to this question in the CRM.

  3. Interview Process:

    • Include this question in the interview section under "Verfügbarkeit" for relevant categories.
