When: On the Newsletter subscribe block

Then: show a checkbox before the disclaimer

Scenario 2: Attempting to Sign Up Without Accepting the Disclaimer
Given I am on the newsletter sign-up block,
When I try to sign up without checking the tickbox,
Then I should be prevented from completing the sign-up,
And I should see a message indicating that I must accept the data privacy policy and data handling indications.

Scenario 3: Successful Newsletter Sign-Up
Given I am on the newsletter sign-up block,
When I enter my email address and check the tickbox,
And I submit the form,
Then I see popup
And I should be successfully signed up for the saclab newsletter,
And I should receive a confirmation email,
And User is added to mailchimp “SACLAB Newsletter” Audience (already exist)
