Scenario: Viewing Publications in the Publications Tab
GIVEN I am in the "Publications" tab,
WHEN I view the list of publications,
THEN I should see them displayed in a table with columns for Date (showing date and time), Status, Name, Vacancy, Category, and Consultant.

Scenario: Editing a Publication
GIVEN I am in the "Publications" tab,
WHEN I click the "Edit" button next to a publication,
THEN I should be able to modify the details of that publication,
AND the changes should be saved and reflected immediately.

Scenario: Deleting a Publication
GIVEN I am in the "Publications" tab,
WHEN I click the "Delete" button next to a publication,
THEN I should receive a confirmation prompt,
AND upon confirming, the publication should be removed from the list.

Scenario: Adding a New Publication
GIVEN I am in the "Publications" tab,
WHEN I click the "Add Publication" button,
THEN a form should appear allowing me to enter details for a new publication,
AND after submission, the new publication should be added to the list and visible in the appropriate columns.

Scenario: Pagination in the Publications Tab
GIVEN I am viewing the "Publications" tab,
WHEN the number of publications exceeds the page limit,
THEN pagination controls should appear,
AND I should be able to navigate through pages to view all publications.
