Matching:

  • describe matching logic for CRM, RT as it is now, add Leadership logic to it

  • watch the usage of released matching update, how practical is it

  • discuss the necessity of automatic matching and possible value of a manual matching by filtration

  • add mentioning of an existing sharing on the matching lists in candidates and vacancies

  • research possibility of route calculation in driving for matching

PaaS:

  • need to add a tag/status to the Vacancies for usage as a "PaaS", same for "Mandates"

  • complete current PaaS functionality – there’s no X button, research freezing, pdf generation; add a generation of a report in a web page, design it; complete the reports in PDF and make them readable; extend the pages of PaaS vacancies

  • allow Administrators to generate reports on all Vacancies

  • Do not allow deleting the CRM user before reassigning his entities

  • Fix recording of opened links in PrS

  • Reorganize role of the executive consultants

  • Improve the recording of editing memo in a profile from RT

  • Make the company’s assigned consultant a single point of contact (notifications)

Answering flow:

  • Create a list of candidates without RT and set up an invitation for them

  • Plan the improvement of multiple requests in Email Workflow

  • Develop a possibility to set up goals and budgets for reporting

  • SEO: Create company pages landing in RJ (design is expected)

Tasks for Miriam:

  • study and go through the processes (Email flow) on stage from invitation till the end statuses, use the chart here

  • review questions in the Interview, plan making it more dynamic and simple

  • involve in the support filtration: technical bugs, setting failures, processual updates, improvement suggestions etc.

  • set up a weekly (?) call for collecting and structuring the ideas and plans for development.
