Story 46.1. Submission accepted

User story

As a seller on saclab.com, I have received the email that my submission is accepted, I want to finalize the process without having to sign any contract so I can sell my bag quickly

Acceptance criteria

Given: The SYB submission is accepted

When: Admin click “Yes” on “Submission accepted” on AirTable or Hubspot

Then:

  1. An email is sent to the seller: “your consignment request has been accepted” with a button where the seller can add/ review their seller’s info

    2. Email DE https://us12.admin.mailchimp.com/templates/edit?id=10086303

  2. AND-on my “bags i’m selling” page, see the black popup “your bag has been accepted.. please click..” and the “Add seller data” button

Given: open the Submit seller details form (former contract creation form) by clicking the “add seller data” button in “Bag i’m selling” or in the email

When: Checkbox “Are you a commercial seller” is not ticked (by default)

Then: save the seller as “Private seller” Type on airTable

AND collect seller’s information to AirTable (clients table):

  1. First name

  2. Last name

  3. Date of birth

  4. Tax ID

  5. Country of residency

  6. City

  7. Address

  8. Apartment (optional)

  9. Postcode

  10. Phone

  11. Bank account holder

  12. IBAN

  13. Bank name

Given: open the Submit seller details form (former contract creation form) by clicking the “add seller data” button in “Bag i’m selling” or in the email

When: Checkbox “Are you a commercial seller” is ticked

Then: save the seller as “Commercial seller” Type on airTable

AND collect seller’s information to AirTable (clients table):

  1. First name

  2. Last name

  3. Date of birth

  4. Company name

  5. Country of registration

  6. City

  7. Address

  8. Postcode

  9. Phone

  10. VAT

  11. Bank account holder

  12. IBAN

  13. Bank name

Given: open the Submit seller details form (former contract creation form)

When: click on the tooltip next to “Tax ID” or VAT

Then: Show popup

Given: open the Submit seller details form (former contract creation form)

When: fill out the field Date of birth with age lower then 18 years

Then:

  2. When “ok” or “x” or the seller clicks outside: Close the warning AND clear the Birthdate field

Given: all the mandatory info is filled in the Seller data form

When: Click “Submit”

Then: An email is sent to the seller “You can now send your bag to us”

  1. Email template

    1. DE

    2. EN

  2. A PDF file with the bag data and seller data is attached to the email (here we want to remove the contract signing process – remove contractbook)

    1. Selling agreement template DE

    2. Selling agreement template EN

  3. The terms and conditions for seller is also attached in the email as a PDF file (this T&C has to be up to date with what’s on the website)

Given: all the mandatory info is filled in the Seller data form

When: Click “Submit”

Then: A copy of the “Selling agreement” is saved in saclab database (preferably box.com or google drive)

Given: all the mandatory info is filled in the Seller data form

When: Click “Submit”

Then: see the screen “You can now send your bag to us”

Given: the seller has clicked “Submit” and now in the screen “You can now send your bag to us”

When: Click “Schedule a pick-up”

Then: see the “Ship your bag to saclab” step
