General info

The "Target Analysis" section of the Rocken Talent Interview process allows candidates to specify their preferences and boundaries for potential job opportunities. This section includes free text fields to describe desired job activities and companies the candidate wishes to avoid, as well as a list of expectations for their new job and employer. Candidates can select predefined expectations or add custom ones. The sidebar dynamically tracks progress and updates the interview completion percentage.

User story

As a candidate using Rocken Talent,
I want to define my desired job activities, companies to avoid, and expectations for a new job,
So that the platform can match me with job opportunities that align with my preferences and professional goals.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Displaying the "Target Analysis" section
Given a candidate has accessed the "Target Analysis" section
When the page loads
Then the following fields should be displayed: job activities, companies to avoid, and job expectations.

Scenario: Describing desired job activities
Given a candidate is completing the "What activities should your next job include?" field
When they input text into the field
Then the entered text should be saved upon clicking "Next" or navigating away.

Scenario: Specifying companies to avoid
Given a candidate is completing the "Are there any companies that you would rather not have contact with?" field
When they input text into the field
Then the entered text should be saved upon clicking "Next" or navigating away.

Scenario: Selecting job expectations
Given a candidate is selecting their expectations for a new job and employer
When they choose one or more predefined options (e.g., "Professional growth," "Work-life balance") or add a custom option
Then the selected options should be highlighted and saved.

Scenario: Skipping the section
Given a candidate does not want to complete the section
When they click "Skip"
Then the section is marked incomplete, and the sidebar reflects the remaining progress.

Scenario: Tracking progress in the sidebar
Given a candidate is completing the "Target Analysis" section
When they complete each step
Then the sidebar should update the interview completion percentage and display a checkmark for completed sections.
