Plugins/ WordPress/ Woocommerce updates

Will include updates of the plugins, fixes for the updates if any required. Basically this package includes not just updates, but also fixes if any required, in case the plugin will cause bugs.

In each package there will be 20 hours/30 hours/ 50 hours of a developer included, based on the package itself.

Pre package one time activity

In order to sell the package, the website should go through an analysis stage. It will include such services:

• Analysis of the plugins of the websites – what plugins are responsible for and what exactly should be checked

• Server monitoring connection – stage creation, monitoring, connection to slack to be informed – for example 20 hours for dev ops, pm

• SEO should be part of analytics. Check the page speed after each update. Monitoring of page speed in global

• Production Duplicate (Preproduction server) creation

• BA should write the most critical functionality of the website

• In the project passport the main functionality must be written

QA

QA should be included in each package. All depends on the package itself, however there will be also upsale options:

• QA testing after each circle updates

• For online store – for sure should be hours of QA
  Updates once a week

• Regression tests once a month for each package

• QA for critical functionality of the website

Three packages –

• Online store

• catalog

• corporate website.

All will depend on the amount of plugins, updates.

• At least 10 hours of developers should be a part of each package

• Follow up emails, for example – time to purchase a new package; email that states only 10 hours of the developer is left

• Each package is limited by one website

• Create a process for the maintenance business process – tasks creation, time to log, etc.

• Reporting must be based on the business process above from the time doctor
