• In progress of bugs fixing. Already fixed the language switcher. Honcharuk Oleh is fully on the project

• Less and less bugs are being done.

• Not yet possible to say when fully the project will be over, but my presumption is until the end of August it should be finalised

Saclab SnS

• In progress of bugs fixing. Basically the only priority

• Also Intense testing.

• Filipp Antonov went on vacation this week, but the customer will be able to test himself.

• Plan to go live until the end of this week, however lots of things are already done.

Saclab General

• Working on the assigned issues by @Thu (no sence to write them all down)

• Dima Savchenko (WP) is on vacation for 2 weeks (last one and this one), so Honcharuk Oleh will be assigned to crytical bugs and maintanance.

• Plan to have the code review this week to understand how long would it take to do the refactoring

• Waiting for Honcharuk Oleh to track all of the hours for July in order to send the bill to the customer

Digitech

Done

• Project finalised

• Customer is not responding for a long time. Wrote him once more (do it periodically)

Growth

In progress

• Started the new position in the company as Head of Business Growth

• Discussed with alex.l@cheitgroup.com the plans and responsibilities

• Since I have been busy with Saclab, did not have yet time to work on the plan. This will be the week for it

• On the 15th of August the Teamleads and myself will have a brainstorming session in regards to Maintenance and Support packages

• Plan to have a call with sophiabilyk regarding our Future collaboration and communication with the accounts
