Maintenance packages

Brainstorm what can the maintenance packages should include, in regards:

  • Types of services

  • Amount of hours

  • Website monitoring

  • Responsibilities

  • Types of packages

One more topic for discussion. We have simply ongoing support, where not always all the bills are being paid off (Oneline is a bright example). So there should be a support package, depending on the needs of the customer. Basically it would be selling additional hours of the developers for creating new functionality, supporting existing one, bugs fixing if required, etc. Something alike outstaff, but more controlled.

Working with accounts

Start having calls with the company`s accounts, scheduled once in 2 weeks, or once a month. Gather feedback, ask for improvements, ask what plans for the Future, if we can prepare anything or assist.

Collaboration with the Sales Department

  • Take part in every starting call with a potential customer

  • Continue working with sophiabilyk on new ideas and implementations

  • Start taking business trips to CHEIT offices in order to work with the teams (minimum once a quarter)

  • Schedule in the calendar follow up emails to all accounts, simply to check on them, just ask how they are doing. Such will help to gain trust
