• Had bugs, that influenced on the release on the 28th of June

• Worked hard all week and weekend to make it on time, for the third of July

• Still working on the improvements, more likely will launch on the third

Saclab SnS

• 99% of the project finished

• At the moment the deadline works as expected

• Demo was not yet shown, since the customer asked to focus on the US version.

• Plan to show more likely on the 5th of July

• Waiting for Honcharuk Oleh to track the hours so I can generate the report and send the hours report to the customer for the whole Saclab project

Saclab General

• Working on the assigned issues by @Thu (no sence to write them all down)

• Researched the issue with the server. Plan to estimate how to fix the issue, and let the customer know. But only after the 4th of July

Digitech

• Waiting from Alina an invoice for 70 hours (I asked at first 90. he asked 60, we came down to 70 hours to charge, which is totally great)

Support

• Reviewing every support request in slack

• Assisting olha.gomon (Unlicensed) when required

• sophiabilyk olha.gomon (Unlicensed) are going to be starting next week the live testing

PMO

• Did not have mostly 1:1 this week, as focus was on the launch of Saclab

• Working on the estimation for the mobile app, need to have a call with alex.l@cheitgroup.com

• Sent an estimate to Coreteka regarding the wordpress project

• Hired two Project managers and one Support manager
