• Running to the Finish line with the development. Plan to finalise all of the main development this week

• Started the testing, running wild with it as have a strict deadline

• Left are vouchers and hubspot with bug fixes

• Demo went amazing

• Additional functionality is already added to the backlog for the second iteration along with the tax plugin(customer`s request)

• Had a call with Oliver, explained communication hours, all is charged, waiting for payment

Saclab SnS

• On the Finishline

• Starting testing at the beginning of next week

• At the moment the deadline works as expected

• Plan to show the demo at the beginning of next week

Saclab General

• Working on the assigned issues by @Thu (no sence to write them all down)

• Had the airtable discussion, customer liked it very much. sophiabilyk did an amazing job here

• At the moment working on speed optimisation

• Have a disturbance that Dima Savchenko is not working all the required hours, which is not good for the outstaff model

Digitech

• Oleksii (Unlicensed) Finalised the pages, they are live since yesterday

• Work on the final bugs until End of the week

• Bill the customer based on the logged hours.Plan to charge 100 hours, instead of 80. Other 20 hours will be on the company due to the big amount of bugs

• Discuss with management if we are going to offer maintanence and support for the project

Support

• Reviewing every support request in slack

• Assisting olha.gomon (Unlicensed) when required

• sophiabilyk is in the testing phase of the support portal, trying to prevent automisation flaws

• Not sure to say anymore when will it be finally finalised. Hopefuly by the end of the month
