Goals for PMO in 2024

Develop processes and documentation for all stages of work.

Develop a client<>PM flow, and develop all the necessary handouts and documents in CheIT branding.

Develop a KPI system, and enhance the bonus system for the team development.

Enhance the cooperation inside the team and between the departments.

Implement client agreements, SOWs and communication rules with new clients and with partners.

Develop a structure of managing Jira – structure of tasks and their description.

Develop and implement series of workshops on the finance to enhance PM team’s involvement and understanding of the project finances.
What we have achieved:

Jira apps: implemented Projectrack for reporting, easyBI for analytics to enhance reporting.

Together with other departments developed new Workload system and started testing the internal timetracker.

Implemented the process of Retrospective meetings on every project.

Implement the process of logging the incidents on the project and list of non-standardised procedure to develop into processes and checklist in future.
-
Developed a bonus system of proposing ideas for upsales.
-
Enhanced the process of cooperation among PMs, Team Leads, and developers.
-
Implemented a standard of project naming along with the standard of work profiles naming.
-
Developed a file to track overtimes, project updates to share with the HR department.

Developed a procedure for competencies development.

Gathered 30+ workshop ideas and started conducting them. Started with Git flow, Webflow, SEO, and communication workshops.

Developed project templates containing estimation, timeline and projects stats, both general and detailed per page.

Enhanced the structure of PM Confluence space.

Started developing client<>PM flow.

Developed the set of standardised documents, as well as branded design for them.

Developed a collaboration guideline for our partner One-Line, which will be further expanded for other partners and clients.
