Invited Artur to assist on the project. We worked on several bugs and found out that one of them was caused by the work done by the previous development company. Addressed that company with an inquiry regarding bug fixing.

Worked on the fixes according to the feedback received from the client. One of the issues turned out to be a bug with the date format, so most of the time spent won’t be billed to the client.

We worked on the previously agreed tasks for the draft page. Additionally, there was a request to create a preview for the images on the page, but Oneline manager couldn’t provide clear requirements. So we provided an estimate based on our understanding of the task and it was approved. After completion OL wanted to make additional changes that were not initially specified. I notified them that this would require additional time and faced resistance from their side. The importance of providing detailed requirements was emphasized.

There have been no active works on the website in the last month. However, this week I received an email from Liliano informing us that the plugin recommended by our team three months ago is not meeting the client’s needs. Upon research, I found out that detailed requirements were not originally specified for the plugin and the request was only to suggest a feed plugin for Google Shopping. The same information was communicated to Liliano, with an offer to try customizing the plugin from our side or to search for other solutions (with the additional time required for the task). Sophia and Andrii were added to CC.
