Scope of work:

It will be a complete rebuild with the same domain name and same visuals, just with slight adjustments
Design changes – no sidebar, remove from all pages. Swedish header must be changed.

Tech requirements:

Current admin panel is complicated, make it easy to work with
Comparison tables setup and management – happy with something like tablepress or if you want to suggest something. We need a easy way for our affiliate manager to control the tables ie: here is the table for ….. page in sweden.
301 redirects – pretty links or something – needs to no follow the 301’s
We want to create an English version. /en./ – Not now, but it will come soon, so want the ability to add another folder easily.
Speed must be 90 % or more on mobile page speed. (just performance? Or all 4 https://jmp.sh/OFE8C5Me )
CDN can be implemented for speed (CloudFlare ?). I want to move hosting – possibly AWS – need help with cloud setup (happy to take advise on hosting. (estimate hosting setup on AWS or Hetzner, what is a current hosting? = WP Engine) 4-8h

We may want to slightly change the design ie: give Sweden header a different look to Norway and English
We want to change up some of the images on the site. May need some design time from you, to create some graphics, bullets, icons etc.

I have just noticed there is a huge amount of BLOAT in terms of pages we don’t have rankings for and are not using anymore. There is no point asking you to rebuild them if we don’t need them. We are working through all the pages and cutting what we don’t need – він повидаляє зайві сторінки
