Objective
Maintenance packages will bring additional income into the company, workload for the developers and additional support for our customers
Goal as a service
The idea of maintenance is to provide additional support for our customers in regards to their websites, so their software would be up to date, fast reaction if issues come along and developers to be available for urgent fixes if required.
Analysis
Since we create websites/projects for our customers and provide additional paid support, we came to a conclusion that we can offer much more to our clients with prepaid packages
