Had a call with the development team, in regards this week of management. Will have daily stand up calls at 10.30 on a daily basis to track the progress.

Meeting with the Team Leads

Mostly discussed the integration of the code review process. It should be a part of each project. For Frontend – it should be the whole Home page. For the Backend part, Each Epic. The branches MUST not be deleted after the merge to stage/master in order to check on the activity. After QA check and possible fixes, no need to return to code review again. As well, code review should be planned for all of the projects on the estimation process. At least High level. As well, time for Code review should be planned within the 40 working hours for the week.

Meeting with Ruslan

Talked with Ruslan about the “Pets website“ case. Discussed what to do if the customer will insist next time on a release without full cycle testing and on Friday evening.
