Saclab

• Working on the Saclab US by Pavel Salata (Unlicensed)

• Overall process of the US version is good, communicating with the customer in this or that question, first sprint – no big updates yet

• SnS is also started by Honcharuk Oleh

• First sprint in progress, no Big updates yet as only first week of the first sprint is done

• Saclab General – in progress, bug fixing, new tasks worked on

Support

In progress

• Continuing to provide support for the customers

• Jumping in when smth becomes extreme

• Monitoring replies

• Support flow is ready, today passing it to sophiabilyk to work out as a guideline and post in the PM space

• Support automisation is still in progress of testing
