All good, can’t complain) Almost recovered after disease.

Whats new in life?

In a month will go to Ukraine for couple of weeks, very exited about that) Plan to see friends, relatives, colleagues. And need some stuff to close regarding health as in Portugal its pretty hard to do(

How is the Workload at the moment for you?

Ask about the workload, what issues for the person it causes?

Now the workload is getting more free as finishing the big FGZ project. Need some time now to analyze the over budget for each particular page as for now did it only for Client’s backend+forms.

What do you like about the projects?

Ask the positive moments about the projects, what is good, anything

Like to be in different projects as it’s always something new and I keep getting to know new things. So be in the constant studying somehow is interesting and challenging for me.

What do you have to say bad about the Projects?

What issues cause the projects, what can be done to improve or fix the mistakes.

Get tired of Rosarot project in terms of:
– design has a lot of mistakes and you need to check them with the designer+client, then they fix, then they start to test and it’s not pixel perfect.. Sometimes feel myself like in vicious circle because of it.
– for FGZ the specification file turned to be very poor in terms of functionality description. When the dev started to implement tasks I got a lot of different questions which all had to specify with the client.

Ask how the team is going? Hows the work going on, what troubles in the team, etc.

All good more or less, the hardest milestone we passed.
Like how Illiya QA works. Very productive and qualified btw.

Cases that can be discussed

The most important case is to get the design good built + well description so we can simply do our work) Don’t know how to make Rosarot provide “right” designs.. The project which Kate gets from them proves that again and again we face with this issue.
