• In progress of bugs fixing. This is the only focus

• Also had a call with the customer regarding the US version and the reports. Plan to make a research and deduct all the hours that are on the side of CHEIT

Saclab SnS

• In progress of bugs fixing. Basically the only priority

• Also Intense testing.

• Since Honcharuk Oleh is on vacation, the week of 17.07-21.07 we were testing the whole project. Not all yet tested

• Plan to go online this week with the project

• Customer is testing as well, however not a lot of bugs

Saclab General

• Working on the assigned issues by @Thu (no sence to write them all down)

• Fixed the main issue with the server. Rewrote the cron. At the moment all is working good.

• Still in progress of testing the server. Fall down almost every early morning for a couple of minutes

• Had a call with the customer in regards the Future of Saclab, need to review the code and provide an estimate for refactoring

• Also in plan to implement IMS until the end of the year

Digitech

Done

• Project finalised

• Waiting for the paid invoice

• A couple of more bugs have come in and Oleksii (Unlicensed) has fixed them

• The customer is not yet responding. Pinged him once again

Support

In progress

• Reviewing every support request in slack

• Assisting olha.gomon (Unlicensed) when required

• sophiabilyk olha.gomon (Unlicensed) are going to be starting next week the live testing

• Andrii Kupriianov has joined the support team and is working on the support projects

• Oneline used slack connect in order to have all of the channels in one place

PMO

• Did not have 1:1 this week, as focus was on the launch of Saclab

• Working on the estimation for the mobile app, need to have a call with alex.l@cheitgroup.com

• Sent an estimate to Coreteka regarding the wordpress project

• Hired two Project managers and one Support manager
