• Fixed all of the issues

• Optimised the speed of the website

• Customer will be going through QA, after which the final payment will be done

• Customer wants us to estimate the new pages. We will do it, but work on them only after the payment

Saclab

In progress

• Started the Saclab US with Pavel Salata (Unlicensed)

• At the moment creating tasks and epics

• Also on Monday, 15ht of May started the SnS Saclab project

• On the regular Saclab fixed the Redis issue, however the devops will still look into it in regards to fixing the cause of the issue

• Time is crucial on the projects, so working as hard and fast as we can

Support

In progress

• Continuing to provide support for the customers

• Jumping in when smth becomes extreme

• Monitoring replies

• Support flow is in progress of being written by olha.gomon (Unlicensed) She will provide on Wednesday the draft so I can have a look and add fixes there

• The support Jira is in progress of testing by sophiabilyk

• Continuing interviews with potential Support managers

• Had a conversation with alex.l@cheitgroup.com regarding Future tasks to be done:
  Finish support

• Checklists (One-line cooperation and other accounts, lauch checklist, etc) – assign to Katya

• BI for operations and project board (bugs, time for implementing tickets, etc) – Sophia

• KPI and PM growth plan

• Also plan to present achievements of the latest 3 months and plans for the Future on the 25th of May
