• Working the swimlanes in Jira, creating the process

• Had 1:1`s with Ruslan (Unlicensed) – discussed that he will prepare a transaction document for all of his projects. They will mostly go to support for olha.gomon (Unlicensed)

• As well had a 1:1 with Anna Potiiuk – discussed the estimation for the new FGZ project, how to do it correctly, including communication tasks.

Bluecare retro

• Kate Hvozd had a retrospective on Friday.

• Discussed pain points on the project, overall suggestions from theSeparate doc will be provided with the updates (it is on Kate`s google drive, will ask to submit into confluence) developers.

Digitech

• Wrote to Darryl, will have a call with him on Monday the 13th.

• We will discuss all of the issues.

• As well, Oleksii (Unlicensed) is working on the Digitech optimization.

Sales call

• Was invited to the sales call, got overall understanding of the Lead generation progress.

• Got a document into my hands from Marina (Unlicensed) but not yet left my comments there.
