Support

• Communication with Egzon on the feedback for olha.gomon (Unlicensed)

• Communicating with olha.gomon (Unlicensed) on improvements for support cases

• Assisting in support, helping check the replies

• Decided on sending weekly reports to Oneline

• Finalizing the support flow with Jira and implementing it within the week (plans are to do it by the end of the week)

• Discussed with alex.l@cheitgroup.com that it is time to hire dedicated developers for support

Saclab

In progress

• Took over Saclab

• Had a call with Oliver and Thu on Friday – discussed the Timeline, lots of new things coming

• Need to start the US version along with additional functionality. Will discuss with Honcharuk Oleh

• Will have a call with Thu in regards the projects planning on Monday, the 8th

• Possible to have more dedicated developers for Saclab

Workshop with Oneline

Done

• Had a great workshop with Oneline, discussed all the painpoints and improvements we will have

• Waiting for the list of requirements for hosting from Honcharuk Oleh to send out the follow up for Oneline

PM and Support interviews

In progress

• Having interviews with possible candidates

• Struggling with finding the correct PM

• With support candidates it is easier

• Looking forward to finalise this week
