Objective

Introduce Trustpilot on http://Saclab.com using the Free plan, enabling Saclàb to begin collecting reviews from customers while maintaining existing http://Reviews.io badges and reviews on the website. Over time, as Trustpilot reviews accumulate, the integration can be expanded or adjusted.

Current Setup

http://Saclab.com currently integrates with http://Reviews.io for displaying customer reviews and badges.
Invitations to leave reviews are only being sent via http://Reviews.io .


1	Scenario: Send Trustpilot service review invitation after successful order (instead of reviews.io) Given a customer completes an order with a valid email When the order status is marked as completed Then a Trustpilot service review invitation is sent to the customer (instead of our current invitation to reviews on reviews.io)
2	Scenario: Do not send invitation for failed or cancelled orders Given an order is failed or cancelled When the system checks eligibility Then no Trustpilot invitation is sent
3	Scenario: Avoid duplicate invitations Given an order already triggered an invitation When the system runs the invitation job again Then no duplicate invitation is created
4	Scenario: Avoid duplicate invitations within 4 weeks for the same customer Given a customer received a Trustpilot invitation within the last 4 weeks When the customer places another completed order Then no new Trustpilot invitation is sent
5	Scenario: Admin can toggle visibility of review widgets Given an admin is in the admin panel Then admin can control the visibility of the reviews badges on saclab.com Examples: When the admin turns off http://Reviews.io badges Then http://Reviews.io badges are hidden on http://saclab.com When the admin turns on Trustpilot badges Then Trustpilot badges are displayed on http://saclab.com
