Story 45.5. Update Email Routing for SYB-Related Emails

General info

This story addresses the need to update the email routing for all SYB-related communications on saclab.com. Currently, emails are being sent to sales@saclab.com, but to streamline communication and improve efficiency, all emails related to SYB (Sell Your Bag) should be routed to sell@saclab.com. This change applies to emails sent to both the admin and sellers. The system will need to ensure that any SYB-related emails follow the new routing structure for all scenarios outlined.

User story

As an admin,
I want all SYB-related emails to be sent to sell@saclab.com instead of sales@saclab.com,
So that the sales team receives all SYB communications in the correct inbox.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: The system sends any SYB-related email to the admin.
Given: the system sends any SYB-related email to admin (e.g The Chanel 2.55 Reissue 226 Beige has been removed from shop)
Then: The email is sent to "sell@saclab.com" instead of "sales@saclab.com".
List of SYB submission emails to admin:

  1. SYB – 7. Price was changed by Seller (Admin).

  2. SYB – 8.1.1 Removed from sale (A).

Scenario: The system sends any SYB-related email to a seller.

Given the system sends any SYB-related email to a seller (e.g Your item was sold on saclab.com)

Then the email is sent from "sell@saclab.com" (instead of "sales@saclab.com")
