General info
Airtable outages (including AWS-related incidents) can temporarily make the Airtable API unavailable. When this happens, sync requests from the website fail and currently require manual recovery, which creates a risk of data loss and operational overhead.
This Epic introduces a fallback queue mechanism to ensure all failed Airtable sync requests are safely stored and automatically retried once the API becomes available again.
