General info
Goal: To avoid undeliverable e-mails that are used over and over again, a system should be developed that blocks these bounces and blocks system-wide in Auto Monkey.
Proposed solution: If the feedback from the Sendgrid webhook triggers the "Bounce" or "Bounce Drop" event (https://media.one-line.ch/Js6G08ai ) and this is the case for a contact, e.g. company ONELINE. This contact should be blocked system-wide in Auto monkey after receiving 6x bounce. So that if I upload someone from the company "ONELINE" again it will not upload this contact.
If the "Block" event is triggered (https://media.one-line.ch/G405d1lh ), this contact, e.g. company ONELINE, should be immediately blocked system-wide.
What do you think of this procedure? It would make sense to block these blocked contacts either the e-mail domain e.g. one-line.ch or the name of the uploaded ONELINE.
