The Category Navigation section allows users to quickly access different categories of help topics available in the Help Center. Each category is represented by an icon, a title, and the number of answers available in that section. Users can navigate by clicking on a specific category to see all the relevant articles.
The goal of the Category Navigation section is to provide a clear overview of available help topics and improve the discoverability of the Help Center content, enabling users to find answers to their questions more efficiently.
User story
As a Help Center visitor
I want to see distinct categories with icons, titles, and the number of answers
So that I can easily choose the category that is relevant to my query and find answers faster.
