Story 3.3.5. RJ. Application. Sidebar

General info

The sidebar is located on the right side of the application page. It provides candidates with additional information and support during the application process. The sidebar includes a recruiter’s photo with a general message, short information about Rocken, a "How it works" section to explain the application process, and an "Any questions" section with a button that opens the Help Center for further assistance.

User story

As a candidate,
I want to view additional information and support options in a sidebar during my application process,
So that I can have a better understanding of the application procedure and contact help if needed.

Acceptance Criteria

 

01

Scenario: Recruiter section
Given: the user is viewing the sidebar
When: the sidebar loads
Then: it displays a photo of the recruiter and a common message addressed to the candidate, that is changed during moving the steps in the form.

Scenario: Rocken information section
Given: the user is viewing the sidebar
When: the sidebar loads
Then: it displays a short paragraph with information about Rocken and its services.

Scenario: How it works section
Given: the user is viewing the sidebar
When: the sidebar loads
Then: it shows a section titled "How it works" with a brief explanation of the recruitment process, outlining steps from starting the application to successfully getting a job.

Scenario: Any questions section
Given: the user is viewing the sidebar
When: the sidebar loads
Then: it displays an "Any questions?" section with a button labeled "Ask a question" that opens the Help Center when clicked.
