The "How Can We Help You" section provides users with a resource hub for resolving their questions and gaining additional support. It includes a search field that redirects to the Help Center, enabling users to quickly find relevant articles or FAQs. Below the search field, several predefined sections are available with answers to common queries, providing structured assistance to ensure users receive timely support.
User story
As a user of the Rocken Jobs platform,
I want to access a Help Center with a search function and predefined sections for frequently asked questions,
So that I can quickly find answers to any questions or uncertainties I have about the platform.
