Story 3.1.4. RJ. Top line “sign in” to rocken talent

Content

General info

Implement a top line banner across all pages of the Rocken Jobs website that displays the following text:
"Already have a profile on Rocken Talent? Sign in to Rocken® Talent."

This banner will include a link that redirects users to the Rocken Talent login page. The banner should have the ability to be closed by the user and should be styled as a blue line at the very top of the website. The purpose of this feature is to direct existing Rocken Talent users to log in easily from any page, enhancing navigation and providing a seamless experience.

User story

As a returning Rocken Talent user,
I want to see a top-line banner with a sign-in option,
So that I can easily navigate to the Rocken Talent login page from any page on the Rocken Jobs website.
