Story 3.1.2. RJ. Language switcher

Content

General info

Implement a placeholder for a language switcher on the Rocken Jobs platform. Currently, the website will support only one language, and the switcher functionality will not be active. This is a preparation step for future development where the site will utilize a WordPress multisite setup to manage multiple languages.

For now, the language switcher will not be displayed in the header. This feature is primarily for layout and user interface purposes to demonstrate where the language switcher will be located in the future when additional languages are integrated.

User story

As a Rocken Job platform visitor,
I want to see a language switcher in the header,
So that I know where to change the language in the future when multiple languages are available.
