General info
When candidates apply for an interview, they should be able to select their nationality and country of residency. These fields should not be mandatory, allowing candidates to skip them if they choose. The dropdown for selecting nationalities should display countries in a specific order: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, and Luxembourg first, followed by all other countries listed alphabetically.
