General info
The "Personal Competencies" section of the Rocken Talent Interview process allows candidates to showcase their workplace values, leadership experience, and expectations from potential employers. This section includes predefined workplace values with the option to add custom ones, a free text field for outlining employer expectations, and questions about leadership experience, including specific leadership roles. The sidebar dynamically updates to reflect the interview progress and highlights the completion percentage.

As a candidate using Rocken Talent,

Scenario: Displaying the "Personal Competencies" section Given a candidate has accessed the "Personal Competencies" section When the page loads Then the following fields should be displayed: workplace values, employer expectations, and leadership experience.

Scenario: Selecting workplace values Given a candidate is choosing their workplace values When they select one or more predefined values or add a custom value Then the selected values should be highlighted and saved.

Scenario: Adding employer expectations Given a candidate is filling out the "What can your new employer expect from you?" field When they input text into the field Then the entered text should be saved upon clicking "Next" or navigating away.
