The "Actual Analysis" section in the Rocken Talent interview allows candidates to provide detailed information about their professional challenges, responsibilities, core competencies, and hard skills. This section is crucial for ensuring accurate matching with job opportunities and enhancing profile visibility. It includes structured fields for selecting predefined options, writing detailed responses, and adding specific hard skills with proficiency levels. The progress tracker visually indicates the completion level of the interview.

Scenario: Displaying the "Actual Analysis" section Given a candidate navigates to the "Actual Analysis" section When the page loads Then all fields, including professional challenges, responsibilities, core competencies, and hard skills with skill levels, are displayed and functional.

Scenario: Selecting professional challenges Given a candidate is completing the "Why are you seeking a new professional challenge?" field When they select predefined options or add their own Then the selected options are saved and displayed in RT account and CRM.

Scenario: Adding responsibilities Given a candidate is completing the "What tasks and activities fall within your responsibilities?" field When they enter text Then the text is saved when they proceed to the next step.
