The "Actual Analysis" section in the Rocken Talent interview allows candidates to provide detailed information about their professional challenges, responsibilities, core competencies, and hard skills. This section is crucial for ensuring accurate matching with job opportunities and enhancing profile visibility. It includes structured fields for selecting predefined options, writing detailed responses, and adding specific hard skills with proficiency levels. The progress tracker visually indicates the completion level of the interview.

User story

As a candidate,
I want to provide detailed information about my professional background and skills,
So that I can increase my profile visibility and improve the accuracy of job matching.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Displaying the "Actual Analysis" section
Given a candidate navigates to the "Actual Analysis" section
When the page loads
Then all fields, including professional challenges, responsibilities, core competencies, and hard skills with skill levels, are displayed and functional.

Scenario: Selecting professional challenges
Given a candidate is completing the "Why are you seeking a new professional challenge?" field
When they select predefined options or add their own
Then the selected options are saved and displayed in RT account and CRM.

Scenario: Adding responsibilities
Given a candidate is completing the "What tasks and activities fall within your responsibilities?" field
When they enter text
Then the text is saved when they proceed to the next step.

Scenario: Adding core competencies
Given a candidate is completing the "Where are your professional core competencies within your career path?" field
When they enter text
Then the text is saved when they proceed to the next step.

Scenario: Adding hard skills
Given a candidate wants to add a skill
When they search for and select skills from the dropdown menu or select predefined
Then the selected skills are displayed with default proficiency levels.

Scenario: Setting skill levels
Given a candidate has added skills
When they select proficiency levels from the dropdown
Then the levels are saved and displayed alongside the skills
AND you cant proceed without selecting level

Scenario: Deleting hard skills
Given a candidate has added skills
When they click the delete icon
Then the selected skill is removed from the list.

Scenario: Ensuring field completion
Given a candidate tries to proceed without completing required fields
When they click "Next"
Then the system displays a warning message prompting them to complete the fields.

Scenario: Saving progress
Given a candidate enters data in all fields
When they click "Next"
Then the progress is saved, and the progress bar updates accordingly.

OOS Scenario: Profile visibility boost
Given a candidate completes the "Actual Analysis" section
When the section is saved
Then the system increases their profile visibility score.
